Step 1

In order to draw the angular, first you have to choose the Dimensions option from the Insert menu. After that, you have to select the Angular option as shown by the picture below.

Choose Insert>Dimensions>Angular

Step 2

After that you have to specify the drawing point and then use the mouse to drag and draw the angular. For an example, you could refer to the picture below.
