To draw the rectangle

Step 1

If you wish to draw the point, choose the Rectangle option from the Insert menu. You are able to see it clearly from the picture below.

Choose Insert>Rectangle

Step 2

You have to use the mouse to specify the start point. After that, just drag and draw the rectangle. You could refer to the picture below as an example.
