To draw the Baseline

Step 1

In order to draw the baseline, first you have to choose the Dimensions option from the Insert menu. After that, you have to select the Baseline option as shown by the picture below.

Choose Insert>Dimensions>Baseline

Step 2

After that you have to specify the drawing point and then use the mouse to drag and draw the baseline. For an example, you could refer to the picture below.
